We’re looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join Slomoi Immerman Partners (SIP) in Melbourne. This is an opportunity to step into a technical, hands-on manager-level role supporting the delivery of high-quality tax consulting outcomes for private and family business clients.

What you’ll be doing

- Managing tax consulting and advisory work for private and family business clients
- Preparing practical, commercial advice across tax structuring, transactions and direct and indirect tax matters
- Supporting ATO engagement and compliance-related matters
- Working closely with Taxation Directors, clients, referrers and the broader SIP team
- Coaching junior team members and contributing to strong technical standards across the team

What we’re looking for

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting, commerce, law or a related discipline
- CA, CPA or CTA qualification preferred
- 6+ years’ tax consulting experience in a similar professional services environment
- Confidence working with private and family business clients
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to build trusted relationships and support junior team members
- Holds valid working rights in Australia
- Flexible working arrangements
- Direct mentoring from directors
