Werribee Mercy Hospital is doubling its ED capacity to 67 treatment spaces. We are looking for the next generation of ED clinicians (PGY3–4+) to help us launch this massive expansion and grow with us long‑term. This is a rare chance to work in a brand-new workspace designed for modern emergency medicine.

The New Era of Emergency Care

- Utilise advanced infrastructure including 4 new resuscitation bays, a 16‑bed Short Stay Unit (SSU) and purpose‑built dedicated fast‑track paediatric and behavioural assessment zones.
- Join as a foundational member of a major service expansion, offering long‑term clinical growth in a high‑tech environment serving one of Australia’s fastest‑growing corridors.
- Opportunity to rotate to other specialities in‑house that satisfy non‑ED training such as ICU,



Anaesthetics and O&G.; The new Emergency Department is ACEM accredited as a non‑major referral centre for 2 years of training.
- Satisfy the Paediatric Log book (PBL) component of training.
- Benefit from weekly protected registrar education and direct FACEM mentorship as the service scales.
