Yourtown is seeking a values‑based leader to oversee a team of Kids Helpline counsellors in Blacktown, with a virtual services component. You will coach staff, uphold ethical practice, and drive excellence in client outcomes while aligning with Yourtown’s mission.

The role requires a tertiary qualification in psychology, social work or counselling and a minimum of 3 years practice. Flexible schedule and a supportive, development‑oriented workplace are offered.
