NSW Department of Communities and Justice – Homes NSW is seeking a Client Service Officer to support housing and homelessness initiatives. The role is office-based in Albury/Wagga Wagga, five days a week, delivering housing services and guidance to tenants, applicants and partners.
You will work with vulnerable clients, conduct property visits, assess applications, and help individuals access secure and stable housing while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.
