You Will Be Responsible For

- Daily operational management and supervision of all company staff and contractors
- Comply with all external regulatory requirements – including BFM
- Manage freight assets and scheduling functions to optimise vehicle efficiencies
- Rostering staff in accordance with operational requirements
- Inventory management of bulk and packaged goods stock
- Sales and relationship management – build relationships with existing and prospective customers to deliver sales solutions
- Manage safety, credit and contractual risk

Ideally You Will Have

- C‑Class Driver Licence
- Previous experience in heavy vehicle and/or fuel industry – an advantage




- B2B sales experience with an ability to prospect and build an chance pipeline and business relationships
- Proven understanding of fatigue management, mass management, quality assurance and chain of responsibility legislation
- Effective communicator with a proven record of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Confident decision‑maker with the ability to work autonomously and lead a team within a diverse logistics operation
- Well‑developed organisational, problem‑solving and time‑management skills
- Ability to travel regionally across a defined territory in NSW with some overnight and multiple night stays required
- Experience with a CRM is highly desirable along with sound skills in the use of the MS suite products
