One For the Road is a family-owned hospitality group that operates four large venues including South Beach Hotel, Federal Boutique Hotel, 8 Knots Tavern and Bicton Tavern. The family friendly and food orientated venues are located within the Fremantle area offering a quality customer experience in comfort and style.

We are seeking an experienced and career minded Duty Manager to join our talented team at the Federal Hotel. The venue has a solid food and beverage offering, along with sport, entertainment, and a busy function calendar.

Responsibilities

- Venue setup and close.
- Cash handling and management.
- Stock take and control.
- Customer relations.
- Responsible health and safety compliance.
- Responsible RSA and RGL compliance.
- Implementation of systems and process.
- High level of self presentation.

Qualifications





- RSA and approved management card.
- Previous experience in Management.
- Experience in H&L; POS.
- Experience in Tanda online rostering system (desirable).
- Ability to trouble shoot problems and solve them.
- First Aid (desirable).

The remuneration is negotiable and will be dependent on experience and skills.
