Construction Electrician | Oil & Gas | FIFO 3:1 | Karratha

Ganaji Contracting is seeking experienced Construction Electricians to support major LNG, Oil & Gas and Process Plant projects in Karratha, delivering electrical construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning works.

Hours: Approx. 70 hours per week

Start: Immediate

Duration: 6 months +

Point of Hire: Perth

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 3 years post-apprenticeship Heavy Industry Electrical Construction experience
- Proven experience on LNG, Oil & Gas, Mining, Process Plant or other heavy industrial construction projects
- Experience installing cable tray, cable ladder, conduit, cable supports, LV infrastructure, switchrooms and MCCs
- Strong experience installing, pulling, glanding, terminating and testing LV power, control and instrumentation cables
- Experience installing and terminating motors, junction boxes, switchboards, control panels and associated electrical equipment
- Experience supporting pre-commissioning,



energisation and commissioning activities, including insulation resistance, continuity and functional testing
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings, schematics, single line diagrams, cable schedules and ITRs
- Demonstrated commitment to working safely within Permit to Work, Isolation and LOTO systems
- Experience working effectively within multidisciplinary construction teams while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and project delivery
- EEHA installation, hazardous area experience and dossier close-out experience will be highly regarded

- EWP (within 2 years)
- Working at Heights (within 2 years)
- CPR & LVR (within 12 months)
