About the Role – Sales Assistant

We’re on the lookout for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our growing team.

In this role, you will:

- Guide customers through their purchase journey with confidence and care
- Understand customer needs and provide expert product knowledge
- Negotiate, close sales, and consistently achieve targets
- Source stock and finalize sales efficiently
- Maintain an inviting and well‑presented showroom
- Rotate, ticket, and update stock displays

What We’re Looking For

- 1-2 years of sales experience (furniture or bedding preferred)
- Confident negotiator with proven ability to close deals
- Sales target driven and motivated to exceed expectations and KPI’s
- Intuitive and adaptable - able to read customer cues
- Approachable,



engaging, and quick to build rapport
- Positive team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Energetic and enthusiastic about delivering standout service
- Versatile and reliable (evenings, weekends & public holidays required)
- Proactive thinker with fresh sales ideas
- Strong work ethic and openness to direction
