Precision Doors & Shutters (PDS) is a locally owned business providing installation, maintenance, repairs and upgrades of roller doors, shutters and automated access systems throughout the Pilbara.

As our business continues to grow, we're seeking a motivated and organised Service & Projects Coordinator to join our team and manage the preparation of service and installation quotations while supporting the successful delivery of projects across residential, commercial, industrial and mining sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical aptitude, problem-solving ability and attention to detail who enjoys working with customers, technicians and project teams to deliver quality outcomes.

Industry experience is not essential. We're looking for someone with strong technical aptitude who can learn our products, systems and processes.

About the Role

Success in this role requires the ability to review client requests and technician reports, interpret findings, determine scope of works, labour requirements and materials required, then prepare accurate quotations for residential, commercial, industrial and mining clients.

You’ll work closely with technicians, customers and management to gather information, assess project requirements and prepare quotations using our company systems.

Most quotations involve supply and installation works.

Projects range from residential and commercial through to industrial and mining clients.

Many quotations are straightforward, while support is available for more complex projects as your skills and knowledge develop.

Quoting & Technical Assessment

- Review client requests and/or technician reports to determine the scope of works required.
- Assess labour hours, materials and installation requirements.
- Liaise with technicians to clarify measurements, specifications and site conditions if unclear.
- Prepare accurate supply and installation quotations based on technician findings and customer requirements.

Customer & Team Communication

- Speak with customers to clarify requirements and proposed works.
- Follow up outstanding quotations and customer enquiries.
- Coordinate information between customers, technicians and management.

Project Support

- Attend site visits where required to gather information.
- Assist with scheduling and project coordination activities.
- Support larger and more complex quotations as your skills develop.

Essential Requirements

- Current C Class Driver’s Licence.
