PLS is seeking a Mining Production Supervisor to lead open-cut mining operations at the Pilgangoora site in the Pilbara region. The role reports to the Mining Production Superintendent and oversees the protected, efficient execution of the mine plan on an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth or DIDO within the Pilbara.
You will lead a team of leading hands, manage incidents, and drive a strong safety culture while ensuring stakeholder alignment and timely delivery of production targets.
