Leeton Health Service, part of the Murrumbidgee Local Health District, seeks a Facility Manager to direct daily operations of nursing and clinical/non-clinical services. Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver protected, compassionate, person-centred care in a rural facility, ensuring governance, quality and patient flow targets are met.
You will manage resources, drive performance improvements, and promote a culture of safety while coordinating across MLHD and the Leeton community.
