Matrix Steel is looking to appoint a full-time, permanent Supply & Fit Roofing Coordinator to join our Wide Bay team servicing projects across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to become an integral part of our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with all Safety requirements of relevant regulatory bodies.
- Providing quotations to customers in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Scheduling work and trades as per customer requirements.
- Strong communication with Contractors, Customers, and our internal teams.
- Ordering materials and ensuring their arrival on-site in accordance with the build schedule.




- Utilising our Scheduling and in-house systems to maintain communication, schedules, material delivery, and job success.
- Daily communication and review of our ongoing projects with internal teams & contractors.
- Finding and sourcing new contractors to undertake works for Matrix Steel.

Skills & Attributes

- Robust communication skills.
- Preferred – Roofing experience or knowledge.
- Highly organised and driven individual.
- Pro-Active and self-driven.
- Ability to think on your feet / adapt to situations as needed.
- Strong personable skills to deal with many different people.
- Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart!
