We are looking for a driven and energetic Sales Consultant to help customers find the perfect camper for their lifestyle. About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of Maverick Campers, guiding customers from first enquiry through to handover. You’ll play a key role in driving sales while ensuring every customer has a professional and enjoyable buying experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage showroom and online enquiries
- Qualify customers and recommend suitable caravan models
- Present and demonstrate caravan features and inclusions
- Convert leads into sales and meet monthly targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot experience highly regarded)
- Follow up all leads and deposits in a timely manner
- Work with the production and admin teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Assist with shows, events, and promotions when required
About You
- Proven sales experience (caravans, campers, automotive, or retail preferred)
- Strong closing skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Passion for camping, touring, or the outdoor lifestyle
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- Available to work weekends
