Lorien is seeking an experienced HR Administrator/Specialist to join a Global Insurance client on a 6‑month hybrid contract, Ipswich office visit required at least once a month. The role is Inside IR35 and will support HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities include handling Tier 2 HR processes, acting as escalation contact, improving tool adoption, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Robust HR knowledge, IT proficiency, and ServiceNow experience are essential.
