Associate Structural Engineer in Newcastle office, supporting the delivery of multi-disciplinary projects in industrial, water, and energy markets. You will lead and oversee structural engineering projects, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Ensure project deliverables meet industry regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, clients, and other disciplines to develop innovative and cost‑effective solutions.
- Support structural asset management and assessment activities.
- Develop and deliver project plans, reports, and design submissions.
Qualifications
- Chartered Professional Engineer or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Significant experience in structural design within industrial,
water, or energy markets.
- Organised and excellent technical and communication skills.
- Collaboration and commitment to continuous learning and career progression.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and drive successful project outcomes.
