What you’ll be doing – where your passion will meet purpose!

- Work full-time, in office in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7‑day trade.
- Plan itineraries, book travel and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email for our customers.
- Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets, selling the whole holiday including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers and more.
- Build a customer base of new and returning customers from regular domestic bookings to lavish international holidays.
- Be the expert, assisting customers with travel‑related questions including visas, best times to travel, packing, dining, and other travel advice.
- Enjoy a base wage plus an uncapped incentive payment structure where you earn a percentage of every sale.

What we’re looking for – do you have the travel bug?

- You’re a seasoned traveller with a history of international destinations and a strong source of travel recommendations.
- Great organisational skills – you take notes, manage your calendar well and respond quickly to customer calls and emails.




- Determination to meet sales targets and KPIs while balancing workload in a high‑pressure environment.
- Enthusiasm, passion and a warmth that makes customers want to book with you.
- A savviness with computers, ready to toggle between various complex systems to find the right flight and package options.
