Junction Support Services in Victoria seeks Homes First Case Manager to support individuals and families in securing and maintaining safe, sustainable housing. This fixed-term role is offered as 0.8 FTE (part-time) or 1.0 FTE (full-time) until June 2027, with a focus on culturally protected, trauma-informed practice.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, complete needs assessments, connect clients to services, and promote self-determination while reducing homelessness.
