We are seeking a commercially driven, experienced Paving Manager in NSW to lead growth across our Infrastructure & Paving portfolio, supporting customers within civil construction, roadworks, airports, and surveying environments.

The Role

This is a relationship-focused sales and business development role responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic customer partnerships, and expanding Aptella’s presence across the NSW infrastructure and paving market.

You’ll work closely with customers, operational teams, and industry stakeholders to deliver innovative technology solutions that improve project delivery and operational performance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Drive project growth across infrastructure, paving, civil, and surveying solutions
- Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted technical advisor
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets
- Manage customer accounts, sales forecasting, and territory planning
- Deliver tailored presentations and solution-based sales conversations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements
- Support product demonstrations, quoting, and commercial negotiations
- Participate in industry events, networking, and marketing initiatives




- Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management through D365 systems

About You

You are a proactive and commercially focused sales professional with strong industry knowledge and relationship management capability.

You bring:

- Experience in business development or technical sales within civil, construction, paving, surveying, or infrastructure industries
- Strong understanding of road construction, paving, survey, or airport technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships
- Solid organisational skills and a self-driven, solutions-focused mindset
- Confidence working autonomously and across multiple stakeholders

Experience with paving, positioning, machine control, geospatial, or construction technology solutions will be highly regarded.
