We manage a diverse portfolio of residential, mixed-use and commercial properties and offer clients a full suite of services across strata management, facilities management and developer consultancy. Victoria is a key part of our growth story and we're looking for the right person to grow with us.

The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to step into an established Victorian portfolio with real career momentum behind it. We're actively expanding in Victoria and the person who joins us now will have the opportunity to grow into a senior role as that expansion continues.

You'll be backed by a dedicated administration, insurance and accounts team so you can focus on what you do best, managing your clients and your portfolio. Attendance at AGMs, committee meetings and site inspections across metropolitan Melbourne will be required, with the flexibility to manage your day in a way that works for you and your clients.

And the earning potential is real. On top of a competitive base salary you'll earn uncapped Schedule 2.2 fees, meaning the more you build, the more you earn. No caps, no limits.

This role is based in our Docklands office two days per week with three days working from home.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing an established and growing portfolio of residential and mixed-use owners corporations
- Chairing AGMs, committee meetings and SGMs




- Building strong relationships with committees and lot owners
- Coordinating maintenance, contractors and compliance matters
- Assisting committees with budgeting and financial management
- Managing insurance claims and defect matters where required
- Providing practical, proactive advice and communication to your clients
- Working collaboratively with our administration, insurance, accounts and support teams

What We're Looking For

- We want someone who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly and genuinely cares about their clients. Someone who wants a long-term home, not just a job.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience as an Owners Corporation Manager in Victoria
- Solid working knowledge of the Owners Corporations Act 2006 and OC Regulations
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Excellent time management and ability to manage competing priorities
- Comfortable working independently while staying connected to a broader team
- Experience with strata management software (Strata Master highly regarded)
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Certificate IV in Strata & Community Management (desirable but not essential)
