Company

My client is a leading building contractor with a busy and rapid‑growing workload. As a result of securing further new projects,



this employer is looking to strengthen the team with a Design Coordinator to work on a range of Building Sector projects.

Ideal for an already experienced Design Coordinator or an Assistant/Graduate Design Coordinator looking for a step up.

Other opportunities are also available for Design Managers.

Requirements

- Knowledge of the Building Sector.
- Previous employment as a Design Coordinator, D&B; Coordinator, D&B; Manager, Design Manager, architect or design engineer.
- Experience in building sector projects such as commercial, mixed use, residential, apartment blocks, student accommodation, hotels, extra care housing, MOJ, industrial, education or healthcare.
- Ideally previous Main Contractor employment.
- High level of communication skills.
- Relevant industry qualification (Degree/HND/HNC etc).
- Flexibility to travel/visit sites.

Location

Yorkshire / Flexible to travel.

Remuneration

- £25,000 – £45,000 Basic (dependent on experience)
- Car allowance
