The Prospect

This is a shaping role inside a complex, asset-heavy environment where commercial performance and operational continuity matter equally.

High volumes. Multiple revenue streams. Enterprise platforms that underpin daily operations. Change here isn’t theoretical. It affects customers, partners and revenue immediately.

You’ll work at the front of the pipeline, before the scope is locked and before funding is secured. The focus is clarity and judgement, not low-level documentation.

The Role

This is where commercial ambition meets delivery discipline. Senior stakeholders won’t come to you with clean briefs. They’ll come with ideas, pressure, targets and half-formed concepts. Your job is to turn that into something structured and defensible.

That means

- Distilling outcomes from noise
- Testing assumptions
- Surfacing trade-offs and risks
- Framing high-level requirements that can move through governance and into execution





You’ll stay involved as work transitions to delivery, ensuring intent isn’t diluted, and decisions remain grounded in commercial reality. Early benefits thinking and rough-order-of-magnitude effort views are part of the conversation, not afterthoughts.

What we’re looking for

- 7+ years’ experience in Business Analysis within structured, commercially accountable environments
- Evidence of shaping initiatives in discovery, not just delivering a defined scope
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder alignment capability
- Commercial fluency, comfortable discussing value, trade-offs and cost at a practical level
- Experience in asset-heavy or revenue-led sectors such as infrastructure, transport, property, retail or hospitality
- Exposure to enterprise systems, including CRM (Salesforce preferred), booking, payments, finance or data platforms
