The Benevolent Society is seeking a Service Support Coordinator to help deliver the Early Childhood Approach (ECA) program. You will provide admin support to teams, respond to families, schedule appointments, manage calendars and streamline documentation to improve service delivery.
You will modify processes, coordinate with the Team Leader, and ensure reporting requirements are met while maintaining sensitivity with vulnerable families and diverse communities.
