ABOUT THE ROLE

Seeker Agency is looking for an experienced and passionate Producer to join our Production team. Working alongside a talented people across client services, production and creative, you’ll lead the delivery of major events, corporate events and brand activations for some brilliant clients.

At Seeker, Producers play a central role in shaping and delivering our work. You’ll take ownership of projects from initial briefing through to delivery, helping define the production approach, building detailed schedules, managing budgets and suppliers, anticipating risks and keeping every moving part on track.

You’ll be a natural collaborator who enjoys working closely with clients, creative teams and production partners to solve problems, strengthen ideas and find the best way forward. Calm under pressure and across the detail, you’ll know when to zoom out,



when to get in the weeds and what it takes to deliver an exceptional experience.

Here’s a snapshot of your day to day:

- Lead the production of key accounts and events from initial briefing through to final reconciliation
- Drive all stages of delivery including pre-production, onsite execution and post-production
- Build robust relationships with clients, suppliers and key stakeholders
- Attend and contribute to client meetings throughout each project
- Develop and manage project budgets, protect margins, schedule supplier payments and complete reconciliations
- Prepare and maintain clear project documentation, including playbooks, schedules, briefs, agendas, decks, updates, run sheets, call sheets and risk assessments
- Brief and manage suppliers, setting clear milestones and ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard
- Establish and maintain agreements with preferred suppliers, including rebates where relevant
- Lead onsite delivery and act as the key contact for suppliers during event programs
- Ensure supplier invoices are submitted, coded and processed accurately
- Maintain accurate project set-up and records across Monday.com, SharePoint, Procim and other Production systems
- Collaborate across teams to deliver excellent work and contribute to a positive, high-performing culture





Experience using EventsAir is highly desirable.

ABOUT YOU

- Extensive experience in event operations, logistics and project management
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Exceptional interpersonal, organisational, communication and customer service skills to navigate diverse all stakeholder relationships
- A strategic mindset with an ability to manage budgets and financials, including forecasting and reporting
- An unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients
- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Possess a cooperative, collaborative, solution-orientated mindset, and can-do attitude
- A desire to work in a fast-paced Agency environment
- A minimum 5+ years’ experience in event production
