Join ourteam in Karratha at the BIG POPPAS PIZZA & PASTA as a chef and put your culinary stamp on our Venues. We are seeking experienced Chefs to apply their culinary skills to aid in positioning Karratha as a food destination.

Reporting to our Sous chefs,you will be responsible for supporting a outstanding kitchen team. You will haveexperience in all areas of quality menu management with the skills and attitude needed to work with talented teams.

About You:

Several years of experience in fast-paced kitchens serving high-quality menus.

Being part ofa high performance culture.

Being able to contribute tocreation of innovative menus at the highest level.

An understanding of modern Australian cuisine and current market trends

Ability to aid in the costings of all menus and learn and maintain food cost control practices

Experience in a similar role.





An obsession with guest satisfaction

Ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment maintaining a level headed headed temperament.

Participates in a 7 day working roster of days, nights, weekends and public holidays

Leadership in food safety and HACCP principles.

Certificate III and Cert IV in Commercial cookery (minimum)
