Salary: $82,212 - $86,180 p.a. plus Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice benefits. Position: Temporary Full-Time up to 4 August 2028. Employment status: Full time, fixed-term contract.

About the role: An exciting opportunity is presented to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Medical Management Facilitator with the Aged Care, Rehabilitation and Palliative Care Division, Modbury Hospital, on a full-time, fixed-term contract through to 4 August 2028. If you thrive in complex health environments and bring a sharp eye for process, patient flow, and medical administration, this role directly shapes care delivery across the northern Adelaide community.

What Youll Be Doing

- Coordinating and facilitating medical management processes including medical rosters, medical recruitment and leave management.
- Ensure the effective and efficient operation of medical administration functions within the Division.
- Oversee and coordinate the recruitment of medical staff within the specified timeframes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with NALHN's strategic priorities and SA Health standards.

What Youll Bring

- Demonstrated experience in a health administration, clinical coordination, or medical management role within an acute or hospital setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
- High-level organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
- Familiarity with SA Health systems, policies, compliance frameworks and enterprise agreements is highly regarded.

In this role you will have strong interpersonal and communication skills which will enable you to successfully problem solve, resolve conflicts and negotiate, including the ability to engage in difficult conversations, whilst building and maintaining relationships. An ability to effectively manage multiple, diverse and competing priorities and demonstrated resilience within a stressful and complex environment is essential to this role.

Our Local Health Network Sites and Services

NALHN provides a range of hospital (inpatient), outpatient, community and home-based services across multiple sites in Adelaide’s north and north-eastern suburbs, including Aboriginal health, mental health, and GP services.

Lyell McEwin Hospital – major hospital in northern Adelaide for emergency care, complex and multi-day surgery, medicine, obstetric, paediatrics and outpatient services.

Modbury Hospital – a general hospital with emergency care, elective surgery, medicine, outpatient and sub-acute services, rehabilitation, geriatric and palliative care.

Mental Health Services – adult and older persons mental health services and statewide forensic mental health services, across hospital and community settings.





Watto Purrunna Aboriginal Primary Health Care Services – provides culturally responsive primary healthcare services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in-hospital and across four community sites.

Primary Health Care Services – including GP Plus sites at Elizabeth, Modbury and Gilles Plains.
