Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga is seeking a School Improvement Officer – Research, Analytics & Evidence to join our School Improvement Services Team.

In this unique leadership role, you'll help schools harness the power of data to strengthen teaching, improve student learning and drive continuous improvement across the Diocese.

Working closely with school leaders, you'll analyse complex data, develop meaningful insights, support evidence-informed decision-making and build system capability in data literacy. You'll also oversee key assessment platforms and work with state and national education agencies to ensure schools are equipped with accurate, timely and actionable information.

You'll Bring

- A recognised teaching qualification and current teacher accreditation.




- Experience analysing educational data to improve teaching and learning.
- Solid understanding of curriculum, assessment and school improvement.
- Confidence using digital platforms and data technologies.
- Exceptional communication, analytical and relationship-building skills.
