We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated staff to assist with service functions of Passenger Check In Operator and Heliport Operator (and other related duties), to join our team at Karratha Airport.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer, team and safety focus
- Lift and move heavy baggage and work outdoors in all weathers
- Maintain a respectful, friendly and supportive approach
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality and organisational skills
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations

Requirements

- Permanent Part Time position available, working up to Full Time hours
- Motivation and flexibility to work on a 7‑day rotational shift roster
- Possess either permanent residency or citizenship for Australia and hold at a minimum a provisional WA driver’s licence
- Strong customer service skills with a background in customer service
- Strong time‑management skills, with the ability to work under pressure,



with strict timelines
- Well‑developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work harmoniously in a team
- Strong focus and committed attitude towards safety
- Professional and courteous communication skills, both written and verbal
- Immaculate sense of personal presentation in line with the highest professional standards of the industry
- Manual duties including assisting special needs passengers to the gate
- Excellent attention to detail
- Applicants will be required to undergo a Police check, Airport security check and pre‑employment medical as part of the standard conditions of employment
