Alexicam Surveillance is seeking a motivated Level 1 Technical Support Officer to join our CCTV and security technology team. This entry‑level role provides first‑line support to customers, installers, and internal teams for CCTV cameras, NVRs/DVRs, and related security products.
You will be the first point of contact for technical queries, guiding product setup, documenting cases, and escalating complex issues to senior technicians when needed. Office attendance in Tuggerah is required.
