About the role

We’re seeking a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member to help keep our stores clean, safe, and welcoming. No prior experience is required – just willingness to learn and a positive attitude.

You will sweep, mop, vacuum floors and clean shelves, ovens, drains and other areas. You will also collect trolleys from the store and car park, rain or shine, creating a great shopping experience for all.

About you and your skills

- Works both indoors and outdoors, trusting you to work autonomously and as part of a group
- Committed to providing great customer experiences with enthusiasm and energy
- Has a keen eye for detail and cleanliness
- Passion for working safely and abiding by Coles Safe Work Practices
- Can set priorities, meet deadlines and demonstrates a solid work ethic
- Active – capable of moderate to heavy lifting, reaching and pushing
- Available to work flexible hours on trading days (including weekends); shifts between 5am and 11pm,
