Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies, is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate for our high-performing Domaine Homes team in Watagan Park (in-between Newcastle and Central Coast) NSW.

What You’ll Do

- Greet customers and provide a welcoming, informative experience at the display home
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including document preparation and record-keeping
- Assist with marketing initiatives and promotion of Domaine Homes’ residential products
- Maintain the presentation and professionalism of the display centre and sales office
- Register leads, distribute marketing materials, and build strong relationships with prospective home buyers

About You

- A natural communicator with a personable, friendly approach
- Availability to work 5 days a week, including weekends
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude




- Highly energetic, self‑motivated, and eager to learn
- Solid organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high‑performing team and independently
- A goal‑oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
