About the Program

Our 2‑year Graduate Program is designed to help you learn, grow, and create impact.

Year 1 – Foundation Year (Learn & Develop)

- Build strong foundations through structured learning.
- Gain hands‑on experience.
- Exposure to Schneider Electric’s cutting‑edge technologies and a collaborative work environment.

Year 2 – Stretch Assignment (Thrive & Impact)

- Step into a meaningful mission across diverse business areas.
- Apply your skills in meaningful ways and take real ownership of your work.
- Make a tangible impact by contributing directly to projects and customer outcomes.

Program Duration: February 2027 – January 2029.

We’re looking for passionate graduates who can bring new ideas, a different way of thinking, and who can challenge the way we do things.

Eligibility

Must have recently completed or be currently completing the last year of a bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines:

- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
- Bachelor of Industrial Engineering

Join us at the Schneider Electric Benalla Plant (Victoria) where we manufacture innovative electrical distribution solutions, including medium‑voltage switchgear and automation systems. Our products support industries such as renewable energy, data centers, and smart buildings.

How to Apply

- Australian or New Zealand citizen or Australian Permanent Resident at the time of submission.
- Student visa holders or 485 visa holders who are currently residing in Australia or New Zealand.
