WA Country Health Service – South Hedland WA

Position Profile: We are currently seeking to appoint an Aboriginal Health Liaison Officer - this position will be working within the Regional Specialist Palliative Care Service.

Responsibilities

- Liaises and negotiates with Aboriginal patients, their families and health professionals in the WACHS area for the development, planning and implementation of culturally appropriate health care.
- Provides cultural consultancy to WACHS staff.
