Ability Action Australia is seeking Behaviour Support Practitioners for Penrith, Blacktown or Windsor as part of the Western Sydney team. You will support NDIS participants and their families, taking ownership of assessment and person-centred planning to identify needs and desired outcomes.

You will work in a multidisciplinary setting, mentor less experienced staff, and drive meaningful goals using a positive behaviour support approach, with true flexibility in hours and a mix of home
