- Supporting Participants with intellectual disabilities and complex developmental disabilities
- Providing person-centred support to Participants




- Positive Behaviour Support Plans and implementing proactive behaviour support strategies
- Building life skills and promoting independence
- Working collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams
