Austral Construction is gearing up for a major pipeline of civil and marine works across Western Australia and we’re looking for people who want more than just a job.
If you’re driven by getting the job done properly, solving complex problems on site, and being part of a team that backs each other - this is where you step up.
We are currently seeking a site-based Transport Supervisor to join our busy team on a 2/1 FIFO roster to oversee the protected, efficient and compliant delivery of transport operations across our projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about safety, operational excellence and team leadership.

From marine structures to complex civil infrastructure, we self-perform the hard parts. That means you’re not sitting on the sidelines - you’re in it, building capability, making decisions, and seeing the result of your work on the ground.
Backed by Keller Group plc, we combine global expertise with a hands‑on, Australian delivery mindset.
