Heidelberg Materials Australia is recruiting an experienced Quarry Manager to lead the Axedale Sand & Gravel Quarry, 25 minutes east of Bendigo in Country Victoria. Reporting to the Area Manager, the role oversees production, safety, maintenance, and P&L; responsibilities while driving continuous improvement.
You will manage day-to-day operations, develop a high-performance team, optimise costs and ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.
