Novotel Perth Murray Street, part of the Accor Group, is seeking an experienced part-time Reservations Agent to join our team, 24 hours per week. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling individual and group reservations to ensure a smooth start to their stay and guiding the Reservations team.
Proven experience with OPERA or similar PMS, solid customer service and communication skills, plus the ability to manage room blocks, rates and policies.
