About the Role

As a Rostering Coordinator (known internally as a Service Delivery Coordinator), you will manage workforce rosters, respond to operational requests, conduct employee welfare calls, and ensure service delivery standards are maintained across a portfolio of clients. This is a day‑shift position with rostered shifts across weekdays and weekends.

Roster Pattern

- Training: 8:00am – 4:00pm
- Week 1: 5:30am – 1:30pm or 6:00am – 2:00pm (depending on portfolio)
- Week 2: 10:00am – 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities

- Manage workforce rosters.
- Respond to operational requests.
- Conduct employee welfare calls.
- Maintain service delivery standards across clients.

Qualifications & Experience

- Previous experience in rostering, administration, workforce planning, or a contact centre workplace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualified and confident phone manner.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Australian citizenship (required due to government client requirements).




- Ability to successfully complete a National Police Check.
- Availability to complete initial training from Parramatta office.
