DuluxGroup is seeking a Safety & Sustainability advisor to support two sites in Victoria (Bayswater and Mickleham). You will focus on identifying risks, driving continuous improvement, and delivering practical safety and environmental solutions across operations.

The role requires at least 5 years of relevant advisory experience in manufacturing, robust risk management, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on presence on site, with WHS Cert IV or equivalent.
