Overview

The Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator is the primary point of contact for all rehabilitation and return‑to‑work matters within Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. This role coordinates activities related to injury management and rehabilitation, simplifying the process for injured or ill workers and supporting managers, staff and injured workers alike.

Responsibilities

- Provide advisory services to managers, staff and injured workers.
- Coordinate a consistent and proactive approach to the rehabilitation of injured workers.
- Work to improve outcomes for injured or ill workers, minimising time away from work, expediting recovery and reducing the social and financial impacts of injury.

Offer

Competitive remuneration package up to $134,984 p.a., comprising salary between $108,735 – $118,307 p.a., employer superannuation contribution (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO5). Permanent Full‑Time, 76 hours p.f. Applications remain current for 12 months.
