Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the HR function in a standalone HR leadership role, partnering closely with the executive leadership team to build leadership capability, strengthen performance, and drive meaningful organisational change. This is a highly visible role where you’ll have the opportunity to influence strategy while remaining involved in daily HR operations.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Partner with the CEO and executive team on strategic people initiatives.
- Lead the HR function across Australia and New Zealand, with exposure to global stakeholders.
- Develop and embed performance management frameworks, KPIs and reward processes.
- Coach and support leaders to build capability and accountability.
- Drive organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead employee relations, compliance and HR best practice.
- Build a high‑performing, engaged and collaborative culture.
- Provide trusted HR advice across the full employee lifecycle.
- Influence business strategy and shape the people function.
- Lead HR during an exciting period of growth and transformation.
- Take high‑autonomy ownership with genuine opportunity to make a lasting impact.
About the candidate:
- Previous experience as an HR Manager, Senior HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
- Strong background in performance management and organisational development.
- Experience partnering with executive leaders and influencing business outcomes.
- Comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with a hands‑on approach.
