Job Overview
Hotel Services Site Manager – a permanent, full‑time position located in Clare & Jamestown.
We are a leading provider of aged‑care services across South Australia, and we are looking for a dedicated professional to lead, manage and coordinate food services and housekeeping staff at one of our metropolitan residential sites.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and coordinate food services and housekeeping staff to maintain high service delivery standards and quality.
- Ensure efficient, effective and appropriate people, financial and resource management.
- Allocate human, material and financial resources to achieve planned goals and outcomes within established budget parameters.
- Collaborate with the Hotel Services Operations Manager and Finance Services to support sound financial management, resource planning and decision‑making.
- Support the assessment, planning, delivery and ongoing evaluation of hotel services.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions, take initiative and work independently.
- Experience leading and developing staff.
- Trade Cookery Qualification.
- Ability to work weekends and evenings on occasion.
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or willingness to obtain one.
Preferred
- Experience in aged‑care.
- Tertiary qualifications in a management‑related field (business,
human services or equivalent).

- Competitive salary with salary packaging up to $15,899 per year.
- Additional $2,650 tax‑free per year through our Meal and Entertainment Card.
- For residents of Jamestown or Clare, eligibility to salary package up to 50% of accommodation and travel expenses, providing up to an additional $15,900 per FBT year (maximum may vary).
