The position reports to the Venue Manager and works alongside a passionate and supportive team who believe in crafting incredible experiences for all guests.
We take great pride in delivering the very best bar experience in our restaurant. Because of this, we are seeking a zealous, engaging, and professional barista/bartender!
- Recent experience in beverage service in a high‑end environment
- A current NSW RSA Certificate
- Availability across a 7‑day roster
- A high standard of service and an agile, high‑energy personality
- An engaging, confident and guest‑centric character with a natural drive to provide memorable guest experiences
- Exceptional coffee and latte art
- Demonstrate experience in cocktail, champagne, and wine service
- An absolute passion for your craft
- A high standard of service and excellent attention to detail
- The ability to anticipate and respond to customer requests in a professional and timely manner
- A natural energy with a fun and positive attitude
- An innate ability to engage with our guests enhancing their experience and leaving them with lasting memories
