About The Role

Pub Mooloolaba is searching for a powerhouse Publican (Venue Manager) to step up, take the reins of our beautifully refurbished asset, and cement its status as the absolute home of live sports on the Sunshine Coast. This is a true "Publican's Pub". Located just a stone's throw from the iconic Mooloolaba beach, this high‑energy flagship features a bustling open‑air social footprint, high‑turnover bar and casual dining spaces, a premier gaming room, and a state‑of‑the‑art sports viewing experience that draws massive crowds. We don’t want a back‑office administrator; we need a genuine, visible leader who loves being the face of the venue, building deep rapport with regulars, and driving an elite standard of service across every single shift.

Base Salary

From $90,000 + Super + Bonus + Group Wide Discounts

About You

You already know if this is for you. You’ve got the experience, the presence, and the pride it takes to own a pub like it’s been yours forever. You're not just running a venue - you're living the Publican life.

- Hold current industry RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence as per state requirements.

Inherent Requirements

- This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
