Position Objective
This position provides program coordination, governance and operational support to the Aboriginal and CaLD Community Liaison Officer (CLO) workforce across the Aboriginal Affairs and Cultural Engagement and Events Divisions. The role is responsible for the planning, coordination, performance monitoring and continuous improvement of the CLO program, ensuring consistent,
culturally appropriate and effective community engagement across Western Australia.
The position operates within the Aboriginal Affairs Division and works in close collaboration with the Cultural Engagement and Events Division to coordinate and provide functional oversight of all CLO roles, including those not directly reporting within the division.
