For Purpose Aged Care Australia is seeking a meticulous Roster and Administration Coordinator to help establish our brand-new 180-bed aged care home in South Bunbury, WA. You will liaise with commissioning teams, onboarding staff, and set up essential admin systems ahead of the grand opening in November 2026.

You’ll work closely with managers, leveraging up-to-date technology to ensure smooth day-one operations and ongoing rostering support for the Residential Manager and wider team.
