We are looking for Accountants and Senior Accountants to join our Albury Business Advisory team. The role involves working closely with diverse clients, gaining exposure to a broad range of industries, and taking ownership of meaningful work that supports business growth.
Responsibilities
- Preparing financial statements, tax returns, and compliance work for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Providing business advisory, taxation, and strategic support to SMEs, family businesses, and high‑net‑worth individuals.
- Building trusted relationships with clients and becoming a valued business advisor.
- Identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes and add value beyond compliance.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
- Reviewing work and providing technical guidance.
- Working collaboratively with specialists across the broader RSM network.
- Contributing to business development initiatives and the continued growth of the office.
Qualifications
- Public practice accounting experience.
- CA or CPA qualifications (or working towards them).
- Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge.
- A proactive and client‑focused approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- A passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
- A desire to continue learning, growing, and developing your career.
