Educator – Mango Hill

We provide long day care, kindergarten, before school care, after school care and vacation care services across south‑east Queensland.

We are looking for a casual Educator (Children’s Services Employee) to join our vibrant OSHC team at St Benedicts Outside School Hours Care. Our service supports up to 150 children across before school care, after school care, and vacation care. Located on the grounds of St Benedicts Catholic Primary School, Mango Hill, our program is flexible, child‑led, and celebrates each child’s ideas, culture, and interests.

- Provide high‑quality, nurturing care in a safe and welcoming environment
- Create fun, inclusive learning and play experiences
- Work collaboratively with a passionate and supportive team
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Enjoy exciting excursions during vacation care

Job Requirements

- Cert III or Diploma in Children’s Services (or ACECQA equivalent) preferred but not essential
- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- A passion for the education and care of school‑aged children in a play‑based environment




- Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning Framework and National Law/Regulations, or ability to acquire
- Effective communication skills within the workplace
- Previous experience in inclusion support an added advantage
- Completed Child Safety Training certificate
