Overview

Clinical Nurse – Maternity and Women’s Health. Permanent part‑time position at Buderim Private Hospital (Sunshine Coast, QLD). Remuneration $55.63–$59.61 per hour, plus super, NFP salary packaging, and other benefits.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional patient care in maternity and women’s health.
- Assess and respond to clinical nursing issues and concerns.
- Supervise and guide multidisciplinary team members, making effective decisions.
- Act as charge clinical nurse after hours and weekends when rostered.
- Lead by example through communication, customer service, and patient advocacy.

Qualifications

- Dual qualification: Registered Nurse (RN) and Midwife (RM), with AHPRA registration.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar clinical leadership setting.
- Bachelor of Nursing and Midwifery or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship.
- Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvement.
- Willingness to obtain required vaccinations,



pass a national criminal history check and functional assessment.
