JBS Dinmore is seeking a Microbiology Lab Technician to join the Lab team. You will conduct routine microbiological testing of meat, meat products and wastewater samples, prepare media, maintain reference cultures and report laboratory results.

You will work with the FSQA and operational teams, support environmental monitoring, investigate microbiological issues, maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement across our food safety and quality outcomes.
